Mr. Sabelo Mkhonto – has been a well technically equipped entrepreneur who has been in the aluminium industry for 15 years. He is dedicated to improving the customer experience and furthering the mission statement of the company with the following achievements:
- Certificate in Metal Engineering and Manufacturing
- Certificate in Chemical Training, Safety and Application methods
- Certificate in OHS
- Certificate in New Venture SMME
- NQF Assessor – Currently studying
He ensures that the management always put the right support, by:
- Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Ensures that the steady flow of raw materials to the factory and easy flow of finished products to the market
- Supervises the smooth running of the daily office activities.
- Maintains office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products.
